O programa Inova Talentos tem 146 vagas abertas em dezembro, com bolsas de até R$ 7 mil para pesquisadores. As oportunidades são para técnicos, graduados, mestres e doutores. As vagas estão disponíveis na Bahia, Distrito Federal, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, São Paulo e em Sergipe. Além de vagas presenciais, há opções híbridas e remotas. Interessados em vagas abertas do Inova Talentos devem entrar em contato com o Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL) do seu Estado.
Criado pelo IEL, o Inova Talentos possibilita que profissionais de diferentes áreas e níveis de formação atuem em projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação (PD&I) dentro da indústria.
As oportunidades deste mês abrangem áreas como administração, agronomia, marketing, publicidade, química, engenharias, mecânica, ciência da computação, matemática, contabilidade, economia, gestão empresarial, farmácia, biologia, estatística, física, psicologia, sociologia, entre outras.
“A inovação surge a partir de uma ideia com alto valor de mercado, e essas ideias só surgem a partir da conexão do conhecimento acadêmico com o setor produtivo. Por isso, é importante que as pesquisas científicas sejam desenvolvidas e aplicadas nas empresas, sendo este um fator fundamental para o crescimento e avanço nacional. O objetivo principal do Inova Talentos é criar as pontes para essa conexão”, declara o superintende do IEL, Paulo Mól.
Inova Talentos
Por meio do Inova Talentos, o IEL recruta, seleciona e capacita os profissionais em parceria com Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) e com o Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas (IPT). O contrato com a instituição de pesquisa parceira, tanto no caso do CNPq como do IPT, permite aos participantes atuarem no projeto por, pelo menos, 12 meses, podendo ser estendido por mais um ano.
Em mais de uma década, cerca de 3 mil profissionais receberam bolsas e movimentaram mais de R$ 148 milhões em projetos. Só no primeiro semestre deste ano, o programa teve 262 novos pesquisadores. No mesmo período, 154 bolsistas foram efetivados pelas empresas em que desenvolviam projetos.

Si en France le débat fait rage sur le pronom neutre «#iel», l’emploi de «they» pour couvrir la même fonction en Angleterre est déjà courant et même encouragé par les autorités.

Ah qu'est-ce que je suis content de vivre dans un pays francophone qui n'est pas la France, et donc à qui on ne demande pas son avis pour la langue française.
Ça nous évite d'avoir à nous arracher les cheveux sur une bande de vieux et vieilles réacs incultes.
