Justice Cregan noted that Burke has exhausted all internal routes to appeal his dismissal, and is no longer paid by the DeptOfEducation. The release gives the #BurkeFamily a face-saving exit route. Will they take it?

Today, the fanatical #transphobe declined the opportunity to purge his #ContemptOfCourt, repeating his fantasy that he was not trespassing at #WilsonsHospital school, despite a court order to stay away. Burke appeared in the #HighCourt #IEHC by video link, so was unable to disrupt the court.
Burke has already spent a total of >650 days in prison. He will reappear in court in 4 weeks.

SHORT THREAD: On Monday, extremist #transphobe #EnochBurke was returned to prison for continued #ContemptOfCourt, by #trespass at #WilsonsHospital school.
At the #HighCourt #IEHC, #MrJusticeCregan released his written judgment on Tuesday. #CreganJ was again blunt about Burke's "performative nonsense", "avalanche of lies", and legal self-harm.
CreganJ repeated that "Burke has the keys to his own prison"; and can be released if he promises not to trespass.
