    A somewhat funny quote from IETF RFC-3987:

    “RFCs and Internet Drafts currently do not allow any characters outside the US-ASCII repertoire.”

    It is funny because IETF RFC-3987 is about using characters outside the US-ASCII repertoire (within links).
