#UKgov has treated #disabled folk badly since 2010. The #MinisterForDisabled changes often. #Pursglove failed to point out that the last review was quashed by the Courts & that UK is only country formally investigated by #UN for breaches of #UNCRPD and found to be failing across the board.

To ensure that persons with #disabilities can enjoy all #HumanRights on an equal basis with others, #CouncilofEurope states should guarantee their full and effective #participation and #inclusion in society.
