CW: requesting advice with sensory issues related to eating
hey fellow people with sensory issues, does anyone have any tips for how to deal with sensory issues related to eating? Not as in, safe foods and stuff, but with the physical sensations related to eating. Like chewing, swallowing, etc. In this case, specifically with the sensation of food going down once swallowed, and with the sensation of fullness.
