The optimal treatment of prosthetic joint infection (PJI) remains uncertain.

V sensible table. Puts in writing & stratifies the question I always have in my head - what have you got to lose by incorrectly stopping Abx after a DAIR?

Essentially, if it could all go wrong, keep going. Otherwise, stop & see.
