I’m a hopeless #romantic and #idealist! I see the world around me seemingly turn its back on the values of #solidarity, #compassion and #unity that I so deeply care about, and it has often had the power to throw me into a deep state of #depression. But I realize that the only cure is to double down and not give in. To shout as loud as I possible can, and overcome my fear of judgement, ridicule and failure.
To anybody out there who shares my frustration with the world. You are not alone!

Anyone else notice that Amazon just removed the ability for customers to add their own entries to Wish Lists, and now they have to be created in separate "Idea Lists"? Frustrating. I suppose I should be glad they didn't just delete existing "ideas" from my Wish Lists. I used this feature to add entries for books that I knew were arriving but were not yet listed. #amazon #wishlist #idealist

What I want (what I really, really want) is to know if there are meaningful ways we could reduce the number of victims (especially children) that would work across the political spectrum?
