So, #ICEAgents entering / leaving the Manson Libby Road facility have two roads they could take to get to Route One... Lincoln Avenue or Southgate Road. Across the street from Southgate is M&T Bank. On Lincoln Avenue is the Holy Donut. Interesting... If one doesn't want to hang out at a bank, there's a Wellness Center next door (less conspicuous?).
