Looks like [1] #Hungary will cancel its #ICCWithdrawal before the current withdrawal notification becomes effective, and will respect its obligation to arrest any #ICCFugitives , charged by the #InternationalCriminalCourt (#ICC) with #WarCrime s, #CrimesAgainstHumanity and/or #Genocide [2], that enter its territory. #RodrigoDuterte is already in The Hague going through his trial procedures.
