    > International Best Track Archive for Climate Stewardship (IBTrACS)

    PROCESS
    > Add spatial index to the 2 layers.
    > Clip the IBTrACS layer with the GADM layer for the PHL.
    > Style the two layers accordingly with
    the PHL tracks slightly thicker.
