I bought this "No Wave To Go" 1978 US A&M Records limited edition Picture Disc just after seeing The Dickies in concert. It's early in the careers of some big artists including #JoeJackson, #UKSqueeze, #ThePolice #TheDickies, #TheStranglers, #KlarkKent (Stewart Copeland), #TheSecret (Canadian).

All music prior to this was gifted to me or checked out of the library and copied to cassette.

So @Kitty's Tune Tuesday turns a year old today! Congrats!

In honor of that, we have a theme from @Nicolaa of "I Bought It First."

So, let's go back in time to a young MDMRN. It wasn't until the early 90s that I bought any music of my own. Before that, I listened to my parent's music.

The first single I bought myself probably was „Pop Muzik“ by M.

However, the first single I ever listened to was „Wig Wam Bam“ by The Sweet.

The first LP I owned was Pink Floyd‘s „Dark Side Of The Moon“ which was a gift from my uncle.
