I did the Park Run in MaximaPark. Using Week Two podcast of Couch to 5K on repeat so that I could listen to it for 50 mins instead of the usual 30. I am now sitting at the airport getting ready to fly to Buenos Aires where it is over 30C. Another run/walk together around MaximaPark before lunch. Once again it was bitter cold with only intermittent sun. I can’t believe I leave for the hot Argentine summer in two days. Ten years on and we can still do it! No longer running on the summer beaches of Uruguay or the pavement of Buenos Aires, but it is great to run together again.
