I’m at the point in my fellowship where all of my continuity patients are truly MY patients… children I’ve evaluated, diagnosed, and recommended treatment…whose parents I’ve counseled… I remember them from the beginning, and can see the progress they have made. I can anticipate their needs. It’s absolutely incredible. #IamDBP

HALF of my followups this week cancelled due to Flu+/COVID+. The hospital is full and children’s urgent cares are capped
I hope all of my #medicallycomplex patients are ok and that I have a way to see them when they are better 💔 I was already overbooked at every available spot…
