The POTScast has given me some ideas today, not sure they make sense though, would appreciate a second opinion 🤔

  13. I feel so different after sleeping most of the way through the night almost every night for a week.

Two things have been different: our radioactive #hyperthyroid cat has had the master bedroom all to herself all week (if she's confined to a small room, she will definitely pee inappropriately) so I've been sleeping in another room with the window cracked open on a different bed, and I've been drinking an electrolyte drink after dinner, but before 9 PM most nights.

I still usually wake up once to go to the toilet, but I've been able to get right back to sleep after returning to bed.

I suspect it's more the electrolyte or the open window than the change in bed (the guest bed is actually less comfortable than the master bed), so before I forget and lose the box, the ingredients of note that otherwise might not be as present in my diet are magnesium, selenium, manganese & chromium.

I suspect it's the manganese; I've used Mg and Se supplements before to no effect, and Cr may actually disrupt sleep.
