Do you ever just

Wake up in the morning and

Not want to be a human

But be a bird?

Something simpler and quieter. No real responsibilities, just you and the open skies. You don't have to pay bills. You don't have to go to work. All you have to do is be a bird.

Doesn't it sound great? To just let it all go and think about how much simpler life would be. How much better. How much easier. Because birds don't have cares. Birds don't have concerns. Birds don't have worries. Birds don't have identities.

Embrace it. Let out a trill. Feel the feathers prickling up along your arms, your back, your head. Ignore the soothing voice in the back of your mind guiding you into this new life. Just fly and tweet all your cares away. Tweet all your thoughts away.

Do you want some seed? Of course you do, birds love seed. Because you're a bird.

You always have been.

You always will be.
