I’d rather be a Peach.

There has to be a solid core that isn't for sale or "optimized" for a profile. To me, "taking the peach" is how we maintain our agency in a world obsessed with our outer layers.

Привет, Хабр! Меня зовут Андрей Аврамчук, я редактор в команде техпиара в MWS. В разных профессиональных чатах, в разговорах коллег и публикациях часто вижу, что тема коммуникаций в онлайне воспринимается по инерции, как будто за десять последних лет ничего не произошло и мир остался прежним. При этом эти изменения влияют во всех направлениях, завязанных на онлайн-коммуникацию: рекрутинг, маркетинг, создание контента. В каждой из них идут свои процессы, но они очень похожи и сталкиваются с одними и теме же проблемами. О том, как они проявляются, покажу на конкретном примере — сфере найма и размещения вакансий: она сейчас одна из самых горячих. Обычно поиск проблем тут заканчивается объявлением крайних, будь то рекрутеры, автоматические фильтры на площадках, недобросовестные соискатели или ретроградный Меркурий, вляющий на них всех. Я об этом рассказывал на прошедшей конференции КаргоКульт 2025 — кроме моего, там были и другие доклады, затрагивающие эту тему. В этом же посте расскажу о сложившейся ситуации на рынке вакансий и покажу два тренда: первый — как мы движемся в сторону отказа от онлайна; второй — как это может помочь строить эффективную HR-коммуникацию. Я же посмотрю на это все со стороны интернет-коммуникаций — среды, в которой сейчас идет большая часть взаимодействия. Привет, Хабр! Меня зовут Андрей Аврамчук, я редактор блога МТС. За последние два года с интересом наблюдаю, как старые правила, принципы создания материалов либо очень сильно меняются, либо перестают работать. И за все это спасибо GenAI. Досталось всем, но текстовый контент оказался самым уязвимым. С одной стороны, звучат призывы к внедрению GenAI в рабочие процессы, перестройку пайплайнов и срочное изучение LLM, RAG и вот этого всего. Мол, раз мир меняется, то и нам надо перестраиваться вместе с ним, иначе останемся в хвосте. С другой — возмущения падением качества контента и призывами остановиться. Только люди, только хардкор. В результате возникает точка бифуркации, где никто до конца не понимает, что будет дальше и какие навыки теперь действительно нужны. Вроде бы логично использовать инструмент, который ускоряет производство, и все выглядит так, будто подход AI-first стал новой нормой. И тут возникает парадоксальная ситуация: с резким развитием технологий важность их владения падает, уступая место компетенциям, о которых мы почему-то забыли. В этом материале расскажу, что сейчас происходит в мире контента, какие тренды незримо на него влияют, где и кого AI-first-подход заведет в ловушку. Покажу, куда это все катится и с чем придется столкнуться авторам и редакторам.

I just checked Theads and the first 20 posts in my default feed (which is black box algorithm generated) were from users I don’t follow or even know. Where Web 2.0 went wrong was when algorithms started deciding what I should read. The early blogosphere had it right: your feed (in an RSS reader at that point) was who you’d chosen to follow, and then you had people/strangers who left comments or trackbacks on your blog, and if you found what they said compelling you’d add them too. #HumanFirst
