Human Rights are the only peaceful, non-violent ways to defeat the forces of hate and destructiveness.
If you question the effectiveness, though, just remember that every reasonable person that witnesses your fight for #humaneights will be that much more prepared by your quality argumentation.
One’s own mental health comes first, though, for sure.
