Растущая стоимость сотрудников для компании и необходимость оптимизировать бюджеты — ключевые проблемы в HR последних лет, не считая мощного хейта. Первое, что приходит в голову в качестве решения, — сократить штат. В консалтинговой компании «Экопси» проанализировали пять тысяч компаний, которые во время кризиса увольняли сотрудников и в целом придерживались жесткой экономии. Из них выжили и стабильно вернулись на рынок лишь около 10–20%. Тотальная оптимизация! Хорошо, что есть и другие способы — без карательного урезания костов и выполнения работы за себя и коллег, с которыми пришлось попрощаться.

MEN, pluppen man behöver för att flytta info fr klocka till dator, Ant+, har slutat funka. Köpt 2st á 495kr.

Den andra lyckades jag använda 1 gång innan den pajade.

hmm ExpertDebriefing.. ich für meinen Teil setze auf eine Mischung aus erfassen der Arbeitsprozesse und gleichzeitiges klären der Rollen. Wobei ersteres auch sehr rudimentär sein kann (z.b. nur Ergebnis, Startevent) und die Rollen beinhalten Verantwortlichkeiten und Befugnisse und sind meist fiktiv.

Вот вам типичная история: есть компания N численностью 2 тыс. сотрудников, люди работают на производственных площадках и в офисах. Вдруг усилилась текучка, и поток новичков ломает хоть как-то выстроенные процессы. Руководители жалуются, что сотрудники элементарно не понимают, как оформить нужные документы и получить технику, задают много вопросов (или не задают и ничего не понимают). Да и погружение в рабочие задачи хорошо идёт только там, где за этот процесс взялся прямой руководитель (читай: бросил часть дел и отвечает на все вопросы). Кто виноват и что делать? Мой ответ такой: конечно, нужно прописать регламенты и создать нормальную систему интеграции новых сотрудников в компанию. Но быстрое решение — хотя бы собрать единую базу знаний с ответами на часто задаваемые вопросы и разместить её на корпоративном портале. По опросам , 57% сотрудников считают интранет и корпортал делом бесполезным, но это у них нормального не было. В этой статье я расскажу, каким внутренний портал может быть, какие проблемы он может решать и чем он вообще полезен. А ну-ка изучим
