Access to safe #abortion services, and the decriminalisation of abortion is imperative for protecting the life and #health of all women in #Poland, including adolescents, #Ukrainian and other refugees, migrants, and persons in vulnerable situations.

The current provision of services and information for adolescents is inadequate to meet their #SRH needs. Barriers to accessing services include: restrictive social norms towards adolescent sexuality, HIV-related discrimination, and more. #HRC52 #UPR

The government must revoke the order that is blocking the Bill passed in #Scotland from becoming law, and they should introduce legislation that would also allow trans people in England & Wales to obtain legal gender recognition by the same process.

Our statement in collaboration with @ScottishTrans to the #UK UPR outcomes was just presented at #HRC52. The UK’s Gender Recognition Act, which sets out the process by which trans people can gain legal gender recognition, was passed almost 20 years ago.
