I'm feeling pretty disoriented! I'm rather tech savvy, but I don't seem to yet have a good mental model for what's going on with this system.
Hashtags are… not doing what I expect them to. With a bunch of people jumping ship into—largely—mastadon.social, I'd expect #romance would show me their stuff through federation, but apparently no?
Well, onward, into the Unknown…
