    Dear Editor-of-Papermill-Journal-XY, opening an #unsolicited #account with my credentials, then demanding to review shit not even close to any field I ever worked in, following by increasingly pestering "reminders" to #review and requiring to name ten other reviewers if I can't, is NOT the way to do it.
