@Susan60 Majority of humans won't do the right thing to protect community unless it's mandated first & then people get used to it. Very few of us humans will do the right thing for community safety - if it impedes or feels like it impedes on our personal lives & status quo comforts.
This has been the case from getting mandatory seatbelts in all motor vehicles to banning all indoor smoking. Both were public safety mandates that many citizens were angry about & didn't want enacted.
