  1. update on #skylight testing. i found an mcp server and oh my g-d 🤯😂

now my assistant with rich context and access to a lot of knowledge about my life to update things or add things like shopping lists and meal plans.

i updated a placeholder for dinner tonight in a terminal. (attached)

    i am loving this thing.

  7. one of the most important things you can do when designing and provisioning a #GMRS radio service for your household is remembering you will be handing radios to people that don't use them often. so channel slots 1-10 on every HT and mobile in the house has this identical layout. first three are 50W capable, the 4-series are person to person, they share a frequency but have unique tsq/dcs filters.

i usually have geagle 1 and emo 4 active.

  12. My father-in-law has been having problems with this laptop disconnecting from Wifi regularly. Last night, I verified every other device in the vicinity of his laptop had excellent signal being <10 feet from the AP. I systematically moved things around on his desk hoping to fix the signal until I noticed he had a USB stick with a metal keychain that the edge of the laptop was sitting on. I moved the keychain an inch away. Can you tell the difference? #householdIT
