I have to find out how much ot costs to replace the roof of a house.
Found a house that is really great location and good price but requires a new roof.
I would love to put 10 to 16 bifocal solar panels there while doing it. That will be 5-8kW of solar panels.

I have managed to convince my wife to go ahead and put a bid on an old industrial building in central France. It has an unattached garden for me to grow my vegetables and a small yard to set up an Aquaponic system!
We have enough to buy it with our savings and then we can repair it and fix it up after we sell our current apartment.
It has 2 huge workshops, large apartment, small garden and right next to a river, which can be trouble if it is in flood zone.
But I am really excited, if they say OK, I go to see it next week and my friend's husband who is an architect will help us to check it out. And if he OKs it, I will move in by the summer!
