I sort of collect hourglasses. A few years ago I got a lovely one with spiral glass, but it had a really sticky sticker and while I was trying to remove it, the glass broke. I haven't been able to find a similar one, until today, when I spotted a reduced one in Tesco for £6!

“Acoustic” update on the #hourglass timer: now the last 10 seconds play a heartbeat, and the end-of-timer sound is some breaking glass. Moderately happy with the results, I dislike that the hearbeat is not as regular as I would expect it to be.
