The hound was fussy, but beloved Uncle @Crashed_Out tucked him in and he calmed down. Now he's just, like, luxuriating while we fight vampires. 🙄 Spoiled.

On Saturday @Jamies and I drove down to Exeter for a meet & greet for Foster Boy Basil. All went well and he's now off on trial with his (hopefully) furever family, including a chocolate Labrador (which we said when he first arrived was probably exactly what he needed!)
On the way back through Sydney we picked up Betsy, who is Basil's littermate and even cuter! She's a beautiful, friendly, energetic young girl who is sure to bring plenty of fun and excitement to her furever family.
Betsy has met our resident cats and has shown no real interest in them (yay!)
Betsy has been in foster care for a few weeks already (we're taking over from another foster carer), so her profile is already up and she is available for adoption.

Went to a private off leash area with the pups yesterday. It's been so good to see Floss getting so much more confident in herself since we first started fostering her (now failed) three and a bit months ago.

Also a doggo update. I don't recall if I posted about this beautiful girl (formerly known as Roz) arriving, but we foster failed and she is now called Fairy Floss (Floss, Flossy). She's the litter sister of Tim Tam.
Came to us very afraid of men, and still working on being completely comfortable around me. But she's getting there - currently having a little snooze on the couch with me as I write this.
