They're going full force on the American people... lol. You folks are pushing so hard on the people—don't be surprised if they eventually react like the italian people to Musolini at the Piazzale Loreto, towards pumpkin 🤷 . #opinion

#hotyoga eine meiner Energiequellen. Durch die Hitze schafft man wesentlich mehr Dehnung, ausserdem ist der Kalorienverbrauch des Körpers durch das Hitzemanagement auch nicht zu unterschätzen. Dazu kommt noch die gute Stärkung für meinen durch die Softwareentwicklung geplagten Rücken.
Aktuell bin ich auf 83 kg mit 26% Körperfett. Da darf auch noch was weg.

BTW wanna lose two kilograms of weight in one hour? Try hot yoga.
