I've always seen this quote lurking around the internet... But this is the first time seeing it in the page. The epic context just makes it hit so much harder.

I'm halfway through #FalseGods now. It's... Somewhat bittersweet the whole idea of a tragic end of a glorious era. The book keeps building up "what could have been" for the Imperium, the nobility of the Great Crusade... But at this point it just feels dragged out and I want the betrayals to start.

Bring on Istvaan hurry up I'm waiting for it.

Makes me want to get back into killteam though.
