We have had solid wintry weather in Scania for the last couple of days. Below freezing, not too windy and almost a bit of sun. Went for a walk after helping a friend with her dance class, by helping I mean I joined her practice session and tried to keep my feet untangled.

Lite vemodigt är det strax dags att ge sig av till de sista #Friskis passen i vår Höör lokal. Månadsskiftet stänger vi ner för att flytta till eget. Men det är ett kapitel som tar slut.

För två veckor sedan var jag på #Friskis CoreFlex-utbildning där jag hade enormt stora problem med en låt vi skulle träna in. Ingen takt alls. Beklagade mig "lite" hur jag tankade det utbildningsmomentet till ledarkollegor. Igår körde jag lite av passet för en av dem, markerade just den "problem" låten för extra feedback. Och takten satt!
Fruktansvärt skönt! Och skönt att veta att även om det strular så löser jag det! Whooooo

Då var vårt Friskis vårschema över och jag får börja ta ansvar för min träning igen. Lite spridda pass blir det. Att vi dessutom under sommaren flyttar till egna lokaler i Höör ökar inte direkt pass tätheten.
Sedan har jag ju också höstens CoreFlex att träna in. Tror jag trots allt kan hålla mig sysselsatt 😅
