New #water manifold set up for the #RV to save my back and cut down on all the hose #hookups and disconnects each week!
The orange hose is for the black tank flush to clean out the black tank each week. It must NEVER be hooked up to potable water.
There is a backflow preventer attached at the inlet valve just in case so no black water inadvertently gets drawn into the hose.
The dark blue hose is heated for winter and connects to the city water supply.
The light blue hose connects to the water tank fill inlet.
Shut off valves are located at each inlet and the 4 way splitter/ manifold has individual shut off valves too.
I actually prefer water from the onboard tank since my water pump generates higher pressure than what I'm getting from the tap.
