Qalaat Al Mudiq: #Syria: another Alawite family was targeted by gunmen last night in #Homs.

Attack took place in Wadi Dahab.

The mother was killed and her 13-years-old son was severely wounded.

This comes only one week after another mother and her 2 children were shot dead in a nearby district in the city.

The suicide attack on Imam Ali mosque in Homs, which left 12 people dead, has been claimed by 'Saraya Ahl Al-Sunnah'

Sayara Ahl Al-Sunnah is a Syrian terrorist organization that split from Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) in February 2025, less than a year ago.

This is the same group that carried out a suicide bombing against the Mar Elias Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus earlier this year, killing 30 Christian worshippers.
