Fantastic job Unfrozen! Getting my buddies together for several hot-seat sessions. So far we've used the #HOMM3 GOG version + VCMI on a pad, and of course two great titles Songs of Conquest from Lavapotion and HoSAF from Oxymoron.

I'm starting a play-through of Heroes of Might And Magic 3 (HoMM3).

The first bits of joy: opening a PDF manual to go through the tutorial, the incredibly epic background music, and of course the old school graphics.

Man, the #tariffs are really screwing over the #boardgaming community. A $15 billion (2023) annual US market, circling down the drain.

It's hard to keep track of everyone with current unfulfilled #kickstarters, but anyone sitting with products in China is most likely fucked. Which means the companies behind, #SpiritIsland #Gloomhaven #Wingspan #ShadowsofBrimstone #HoMM3 #Middara etc.

I hope the community can recover, but too many indies rely on the US market to survive (economies of scale).

A lot of people are complaining how #homm #oldenera has graphics like a mobile game, while to me it just looks like a very nice modern interpretation of #homm3 graphics
