    Then: 3 rounds for time:
    - 1 wall walk
    - 1 burpee
    - 25 sit ups

    - 25 push ups
    - 1 wall walk
    - 1 burpee
    - 25 jumping air squats

    Finished in 15:07 .

    Do not recommend wall walks on a hollow door 😅

  24. Super Fitness-Tipp, eigentlich ziemlich offensichtlich, wenn man nicht so ne lange Leitung hat wie ich:
    Eine #Kettlebell lässt sich schwerer machen bzw. ein Zwischengewicht erstellen, wenn eine oder mehrere Gewichtsmanschetten umgeschnallt werden.
    Um sie um die Kettlebell Schnallen zu können, habe ich extra Streifen Klettband genäht.
