I started needle-felting with the help of a friend over a year ago, and it has turned into a fun hobby that also helps me make fun gifts for friends.   

You can find Ontario roving wool at Flying Squirrel for 15 cents per bundle. And the needles can be purchased online starting at $1.50. You can easily find free patterns online as well.

Both the plaid, red,dark green corduroy were skirts of mine years ago, the red velvet was a friends dress, the white ribbon bow came as fancy packaging on sheets maybe? There was enough fabric for jumpers for my little granddaughters, the calico lining was once frilly curtains.

I have a great sister and she's coming to visit today :) My gift to her last Christmas was getting together and making a couple large batches of skin cream and air freshener, to give as gifts to family and friends. We used my recipes and supplies including ingredients, labels, jars, & spray bottles.

For the skin cream, we used avocado and coconut oils, beeswax, Vitamin E, and frankincense and myrrh essential oils. We scented the room spray with Robbers Oil.
