Could find an important file I wrote weeks ago for a mountain stronghold my party was going to.
As people arrived to play I was freaking out, trying to reconstruct it from other notes.
I manged to do that and we got started.
As soon as I calmed down and they started their roleplay with a new party member, I found the original.
Mislabeled.
I write stuff ahead of time and take decent notes, but my organization is just terrible.

The party prepare for the undead Assault at the hermitage repel 3 waves of Drowned ones. They set up a choke point and shore up all entrances. The rough terrain and assassin vines do most of the work. The barbarian does the rest with the help of the druids call lightning.
It's almost sunrise and with it comes relief and figuring out the source of the Drowned ones.
