As a Canadian #homebrewer I’m constantly converting F to C for all recipes and instruments.

Smash Cascade APA update: keg tapped and still under carb’ed

Tried a forced carb and perhaps I assumed it was cold crashed enough (honestly it’s Friday night and impatient)…so first 2 pints have been underwhelming, malty, and very hazy.

Hoping the weekend at 2°C at 15 Psi helps clean up.

I made a data dashboard with #LookerStudio for the coffee I have in my freezer. It's the first time using Looker Studio, so I'd be grateful for any comments or feedback! The tables and charts are cross-filtering, so the info should change depending on what has been selected. The reset button reverts the report to the default view.

I just kegged my homebrewed saison Hindenbeer. It’s a rustic saison I’m going to serve at our company party on Thursday. I’m a bit late, but I’m doing burst carbonation, so it should be ready.

Small Monday win: Replaced the group head gasket on our espresso machine because the last time I pulled a shot, the portafilter came loose and it was quite a mess.

Tried pulling a shot again right after putting in the new gasket, but there's still a very slight PF movement. I wonder if that's normal because I never really noticed that before. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks! :coffee_hello:
