Suisei got her mom to get the Switch 2 from their hometown electronics shop. Her mom just walked in and bought one without any difficulty.
Like I said, it appears that the 'Switch 2 shortage' in Japan is a simple distribution problem. Demand is concentrated in cities, and small town shops end up with more supply than they need.
Now Suisei won't have to steal Miko's like she subtly threatened to on stream.

For full context, the entire April Fools' stream was where Suisei acted out a super cutesy idol version of herself, supposedly 'undergoing maintenance' by an alien being called Comet-chan to become a better idol.
The first song on that EP is called Sui-chan's Maintenance Song (スイちゃんのメンテナンスソング) and is available widely... Suisei doing a burikko impression for a whole song is very cute.

After looking at Gura's original song Full Color not getting an original release, I was curious about any hololive original songs eventually becoming lost media, not being registered...
Here's one I found... Suisei made an April Fools' EP in 2023, and it had two songs. The second song, an Enka song titled 心憂い (Kokoroui) was never registered, and not released online apart from this little preview:
