@midgephoto in fact @internetarchive have known about these associations before they were published publicly (since at least Oct 26th 2023, to be precise) and so I would say that their - and @dweb - decision to continue placing #HOLO's founders in positions of power and as primary sponsors of DWeb Camp in 2024 should be seen as extremely concerning.

@graydon @rsynnott @cstross @lauren What's scary is that these patterns occur disproportionately often in spaces built around technologies which inherently amplify power; and it's uncertain how the balance between emancipatory potential and weaponized ignorance will play out in the next version of the internet.

Well, colour me very interested; as somebody who built graph abstractions on top of Holochain's DHT (which is a combo CAS + EAV) but can no longer ethically use them with #HolochainEmbracingFascism.
Am also low-key hopeful that there will be a Rust framework for Goblins someday 'cos that is as close as this classically trained software engineer has gotten to being comfortable with the lambda calculus 😂
