In der Kantine meines letzten Arbeitgebers gab es gelegentlich ein Gericht das sich "Biberacher Waffel" nannte. Das war eine pikante Waffel, auf der dann ein Salat oder Fleisch mit Sauce und Gemüsebeilage gegeben wurde. So ganz genau weiß ich das nicht mehr. Hey all! Was spending the day with my brother so I am a little late with post uploads. Anyways I thought I would start out by showing you the #eggsBenedict I made for #breakfast. They are really yummy and I use a vegan #hollandaise sauce for the topping. A lot more forgiving than the traditional one and IMHO tastes even better. Eggs are regular poached eggs on a bed of black forest ham and ciabatta.
