    I always find this time of year overwhelming. It always seems that everything we had planned to do for the year must get done by Thanksgiving!

    Amidst preparations, gatherings, and work expectations, here are a few of the things I do to find a moment of quiet in the storm:
    1. Pause
    2. Be of service
    3. Meditate
