✨ Novità 2026: Hogwarts chiama, i fan rispondono

Scottish village where famous #HarryPotter scene was filmed overrun by photo-seeking tourists: https://zorz.it/fUKRi

Given that it was taken through a rain spattered train window yesterday I consider this a decent picture of the the spectacular #GlenfinnanViaduct, between Fort William and Arisaig (for #HarryPotter fans this is the viaduct that the #HogwartsExpress crosses in the films).
#photography #railways #TrainJourneys #WestHighlandLine

Glenfinnan Viaduct sees 3000 tourists a day to see the iconic Harry Potter train. Locals say the number of visitors is leaving the small village at "breaking point".

The #HogwartsExpress train engine (and instruction book 1/4) is complete!

I’m loving this build - it’s super satisfying. Don’t at me about wonky stickers though—they are the Bain of my existence 😅

I’ve made a start on the #Lego #HogwartsExpress - this is the start of the train engine.

The Jacobite - we couldn't resist a trip to Glenfinnan Viaduct to see this famous Steam Train passing over. I felt 5years old again hearing it puffing across the bridge.

"The Jacobite", the train made famous in the #HarryPotter film as the #HogwartsExpress suspended services due to #safety issues. There were reported issues with the door locks, which put passengers at risk of falling out or be hit while leaning out the window.

Affected patrons were given a full refund while the operator addresses the safety issues.

Just getting the feel for the scale of things so I can start to place the #Arduino Nano, battery or USB power pack, and #WS2812 LEDs.

It looks like a pretty neat kit, a $25 budget alternative to the #Lego kit. The pictured undertrack is 29.25 inches long, and the overall train is a smidge shorter.
