Started analyzing my hike-a-bikes in the Hellenic Mountain Race. That's stint 3 (reaching CP1) and the 1st HAB is 1 h 12 mins up the single trail of Muntis Smolikas.
In total it was nearly 3 hrs of HAB this day. Up and Down.

@folix Ok, es waren jetzt doch nur zwei andere die die 3d 17h vom Letzjahresgewinner gerissen haben. Irgendwie haben da sehr viele auf den letzten Meter gescratcht. 🤔 Was ist da los?
Meaghan Hackinen hat aber auch noch einen heftigen Vorsprung auf die Letztjahresgewinnerin. 50km to go und bis 2 Uhr morgen früh Zeit für einen Streckenrekord bei den Frauen.

@folix Der Rest des Feldes ist aber auch nicht langsam. Ich glaube da werden einige die Bestzeit vom letzten Jahr übertreffen.

Puuhhh.... #Bikepacking ist prima. Aber das Packen davor.... urgs.
23:30 Uhr - Kit und Gear komplett zusammen und verstaut. Kitlist sei Dank - ist trotzdem immer ein ganzer Abend, bis alles beisammen und geprüft ist.
Morgen dann Rad in den Radkoffer prokeln... ein weiterer Abend.
Und davor die ganze letzte Woche jeden Abend ein bisschen was am Rad geschraubt, um's fertig zu machen...
