    Please be advised that as of September 11, 2025, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (#HKPR) and Peterborough Public Health (#PTHU), which initially merged to become the Haliburton Kawartha Northumberland Peterborough Health Unit (#HKNP) has been renamed "Lakelands Public Health".

    For posts from this account, #LLPH will be used for the facility tracking hash, and the PHU tracking hash will be #OnObLLPH

    Please be advised that as of January 1, 2025, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (#HKPR) and Peterborough Public Health (#PTHU) will merge to form the Haliburton Kawartha Northumberland Peterborough Health Unit.

    #HKNP will be used to identify it on this account. There may be a delay in reporting from these areas during the amalgamation.
