At last, it’s Day 31 of #HKAM24 and while I’ve arrived at the Path of Pain, the lil guy has seen the sawblades and spikes and declared they’re ABSOLUTELY NOT exacerbating the player’s repetitive strain with all that.

It’s day 26 of #HKAM24 and these Kingsmould colleagues are just sharing a nice coffee and doughnut moment while waiting and waiting and waiting for somebody to fight. I have a feeling they may be waiting a while, but at least they enjoy each other’s company.

Day 19 of #HKAM24 takes us to the Lake of Unn! She’s a lovely sluggie and an absolute friend.

Day 18 of #HKAM24 is time for the Shade to shine, and tbh the ghostie doesn’t see what the big deal is about getting through the White Castle - turns out it’s really easy to make your way through the spikes and sawblades when you can just float around them.

On day 16 of #HKAM24 the Dung Defender has decided to pay a visit to kindly Isma in her grove. Maybe he just wants to have a nice chat and let her know about his day, about the brave lil guy who passed through, and how fun it was to spar with someone who put up a real challenge.

It’s day 15 of #HKAM24 and to be honest I just thought “what if the Mothwing Cloak actually looked like moth wings?” Personally, I think they look very stylish in their swooshy new outfit.

Day 14 of #HKAM24 sees a moment of mutual respect between the lil guy and the Mantis Lords, who had so much fun sparring with a worthy challenger that they made them their own honorary Mantis Sibling chair. What better way to celebrate than with a delicious Limited Edition Blue Raspberry Fight Milk Latte?

Day 12 of #HKAM24 sees the Nailsmith crafting a piece of pale ore into a new palette knife for his dear one, Sheo. They love each other very much.

For day 10 of #HKAM24 i wanted to see how a shade gate looks to the lil guy, so i chose to deviate from the standard 2D game environment. This is super cursed so I'll never do it again 🙃

It’s day 8 of #HKAM24 and time to unleash the Abyss Shriek! But the lil guy’s feeling pretty sensitive to noise today, so they’ve put on the ol’ ear defenders.

Day 7 of #HKAM24 is Egg Day, and since the lore is unclear on whether arcane eggs could be made into scotch eggs, I’m choosing to think that they can, so that Nervous Phillipa and her friend Anxious Humphrey here can have a well stocked picnic.

Day 5 of #HKAM24 sees Zote enjoying a captive audience for all his revolutionary ideas that Hallownest just isn’t ready for. I wasn’t sure what to do for the background of this one, but I think the vaguely queasy gradient captures Bretta’s sinking feeling that she’s due for another couple of hours of Zote complaining that they didn’t have Diet Fight Milk so he had to settle for Fight Milk Zero before she can make her excuses and block his number.

Day 4 of #HKAM24 sees the Stag Fren go clippity cloppity along the stagway. Meeting this sweet friend and seeing the stag travel cutscene was one of the first things that made me truly fall in love with this world. I’m still upset that there isn’t a button that lets you give him scritches, though.

It’s Day 2 of Hollow Knight Art Month and Gruz Mother is indulging in a little Me Time (read: a nap) after a long day of looking after her massive brood of lil gruzzers.
