In memory of the one and only Poly Styrene, singer, songwriter, and frontwoman of the punk rock band X-Ray Spex.

Poly passed away on April 25, 2011, at the age of 53 from metastatic breast cancer. 💔🖤

Seit gut 2 Jahren arbeiten wir an der Doku „Generation Y Punk – Update einer Subkultur“.
Es geht um DIY-Punk in Deutschland zwischen den Jahren 2000 und 2020 und um den Einfluss von Digitalisierung und Internet auf eine Szene, die so lange rein analog funktioniert hat.

Die Doku ist nun fertig und wir gehen auf Tour! Im Gepäck haben wir, neben den Filmen, noch einen Vortrag.
Die ersten beiden Termine stehen fest:

So, 15. März im Kino Endstation in Bochum Langendreer West.
Beginn ist 17 Uhr, ihr könnt vorher und/oder nachher auf ein Bier im Wageni vorbei schauen!

So, 29. März in der Kinobar Prager Frühling in Leipzig am Connewitzer Kreuz.
Beginn ist 16 Uhr.

Gezeigt wird an beiden Terminen einer der insgesamt 3 Teile der Doku:
"Von Veganismus, Gentrifizierung und Festivals"

Ronny und Ronja werden an beiden Terminen anwesend sein, eure Fragen beantworten und den Vortrag halten,
das sind insgesamt ca. 2 Stunden Programm.
