The amazing Dallas Dhu preserved distillery south of Forres. The distillery was built in 1898-9 and closed in 1983. I see Historic Environment Scotland have seen fit to put Urquhart Castle on the front of their explorer pass. An excellent idea to promote a castle away from the central belt but Urquhart should have been their last choice as they already turn away hundreds of visitors per day.
