#WritersCoffeeClub 2026-02-06 From start to finish, how much time elapses in your current WIP?

Time is on the fuzzy side in the setting of The Dream. My wip Sanguine Dreams intermeshes with the existing story Hippodrome, which has a vague timeline of when events take place.
Sanguine Dreams starts with that vague timeline sequence, and peels into a bit more defined timeline (characters making specific remarks on passages of time) as it departs from the fallout of Hippodrome's events.

Currently I need to figure out how long it takes a Jinrō to change from human to a wolf-person. Or at least how long it takes Klein to complete the transition. I'll bet a bacon grilled cheese that @GrayWolf57 never thought some weirdo dweeb would be getting into the particulars of what were supposed to just be common mooks 😆

🎭 Final curtain. I had many visits to the abandoned Derby Hippodrome over the years, in summer the plants growing made such a beautiful scene. Sadly, it was demolished this year 💙
