  1. Aujourd'hui en Finlande, c'est le jour de l'indépendance (hyvää itsenäisyyspäivää kaikille!)

    C'est aussi le soir où tous les Finlandais sont scotchés devant la télé pour regarder le programme le plus excitant de l'année : un tas de gens connus qui défilenft pour serrer la patte du président de la république.

    Je suis pas finlandais, donc j'ai fait des lasagnes et en attendant que ça cuise je bois une « barrel aged brettanomyces cherry sour » de Hiisi.

An amazing event with people from over the decades, food created by renowned Korean chef Joon, a large trailer sauna, courtesy of #Palosauna, and a special batch of beer made by #HIISI, branded 'Aiki' — with a label design by yours truly.
