Very high water level today for the Arve river in Geneva, just next to our university building, hopefully just not flooding its banks. In the 1990(?) I asked my boss if I should program for the year 2000 date problem. I was explicitly told no. I argued and was told I was walking a thin line and annoying the shareholders. In 1999 I reprogrammed that app to take care of the #Year2000 date problem. UGH
Oh - and I spent New Years Eve 2000 on site watching the "blinking lights" not go out. 😂​
