Please keep the "human" in #DigitalHumanities (not to mention #HumanResources).

Job applicants would appreciate just knowing (even if it's through a canned, generic email) that a position has been filled rather than being ghosted by a department or university. This HR practice is both unprofessional and inhumane. Adding fine print to a Jobs page that "only successful applicants will be contacted" doesn't cut it.
